diribo.com is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, riots, acts of war, terrorism or natural disasters or other events for which it is not responsible; this includes, for example, strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions or orders of domestic or foreign authorities.

The place of jurisdiction is Cottbus, if the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
