AHP PLASTIK MAKINA was founded in 2003 as a company specialising in innovative solutions to assist in the testing of plastic pipes, fittings, valves, sheets, films, etc. The product portfolio consists of individual test equipment, accompanying test software and the installation of complete test laboratories. Everything needed for a state-of-the-art and effective quality management system, with the goal of providing simple operation, reliable results, lasting efficiency, state-of-the-art technology, and at the same time complying with national and international norms, making the testing process more advanced and simpler.

Hydrostatic Test Set
The Hydrostatic Test Set is a state-of-the-art internal pressure creep tester that is unrivalled in its compact design, flexibility and accuracy. The goal of the new development of the Hydrostatic Test Set is to obtain maximum accuracy, a long service life and a user-friendly system with the flexibility to extend the system with additional modules, all metal components in contact with the medium can optionally be manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. Among other things, the modular construction and the technical requirements for test pressures, optionally up to 1500 bar, leave room for further expansion, the use of separate accumulators for each line makes it possible to use different pressure levels on a single test cell, and the solenoid valves are standard valves on the market and can be easily replaced by the customer. A separate database of test data for each line ensures that data is retained in the event of a sudden power failure. The modular design of the controllers makes it possible to change and replace the controller for each test line.
