Archigas is a company highly specialised in microsensor technology (MEMS) and gas analysis - Gas Analyser
2023-07-21 05:37:35, Archigas GmbHArchigas' goal is to provide customers with cost-effective plug-and-play solutions that reliably perform highly complex analytical tasks.Archigas' products are already being used in a wide range of applications in areas such as green transport and energy transition, where hydrogen analysis technology is transforming the transport sector and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, Archigas' microsensor (MEMS) technology is able to operate effectively in high humidity environments, overcoming the common weaknesses of hydrogen sensors.
Gas Analyser
The compact and robust TCD 3000 gas analyser is recommended for accurate, fast and sensitive measurement of (quasi) binary gas mixtures. The unit can be used safely in harsh environments thanks to its stainless steel housing and IP67 protection class, and is fully equipped with metal-to-metal connections, thus guaranteeing a high degree of leak tightness and pressure resistance in excess of 200 bar.
The gas carrying parts and sensors are corrosion-resistant: the gas path is made of high-grade stainless steel 1.4404 and the sensor on the gas side is fully glazed. In addition, the sensors are protected against condensation and dust. The internal memory can store the curves of up to 99 gas pairs, so the device can be easily adapted to changing measurement requirements. The unit is connected to the process by means of an axial pneumatic connection M10. Such a system makes assembly and disassembly easier in existing installations, while a wide range of adapters is available on request.
