ASC inclination sensor in 4 versions

The TS91V1 sensor is based on MEMS technology.

You can get it uni- and biaxial, optionally in aluminum housing with protection class IP67 or stainless steel housing with protection class IP68, so hermetically sealed. Other features include:

- Temperature range from -40°C to +120°C
- High resolution (0.005°)
- Shock limit of 5000g
- Long term stability offset (one year)0.1°
- Temperature coefficient from offset 0.02/°C
- Supply voltage from 6 to 36 VDC

It is designed for various applications: Use the sensor for inclination measurement on cranes, solar fields, bridges, ships or construction vehicles and much more.
