B+B adds new dealers to distributor list
2021-02-03 14:34:55, B+B Thermo-Technik GmbHThis has been growing steadily ever since. But for a medium-sized company that does not yet have the name recognition of a large corporation, its own online store is not enough. The proportion of customers who buy from the large retailers is too large because they are not familiar with the medium-sized company. In order to avoid this problem and also to carry the B+B brand as a measurement technology specialist into the world, B+B pursues the philosophy of setting itself up broadly in its sales policy.
The distribution channel via well-known electronics and specialist retailers has proven its worth, which is why we are working at full speed to further expand this distribution channel. In addition to cooperation with retailers such as Conrad Electronic and Reichelt Elektronik, there are also cooperations with specific retailers such as Visaya.
Now B+B can list two more dealers as partners. With Digi-Key, the company has gained a distributor for electronic components. With more than $3.16 billion in annual sales and over 9.6 million products in its product line, Digi-Key is one of the world's fastest growing distributors of electronic components. The platform offers an incredible number of possibilities and opens up even more markets for B+B.
In addition to Digi-Key, a previously lesser-known distributor has also joined the B+B Distributor List. Farmitoo is a distributor of agricultural and farming supplies. Based in Paris, the small company's mission is to bring the benefits of the Internet to the agricultural community and make it easier to connect with agricultural supply manufacturers. Today, it is also impossible to imagine agriculture/agricultural technology without measuring technology, which is why B+B is now listed as a manufacturer at Farmitoo. At both Digi-Key and Farmitoo, the focus is now on further expanding the product portfolio offered there and deepening the cooperation. We are looking forward to the good cooperation with both trading houses.
