B+B Corona measures

In addition to the already known protective measures, B+B has unceremoniously solved the problem of insufficient protective masks itself. Meanwhile, the protective masks are produced on the company's own 3D printer and subsequently assembled. These masks are particularly used in production, where it is difficult to isolate employees in their own rooms or even in a home office.

In addition to employee protections, we also faced the challenge of not letting you, the customer, down. The lack of care for our youngest family members meant that many employees had to stay home to care for the children. In the case that they were production employees, a home office solution would not have been possible. Here, we have actively supported our employees in finding a childcare option and have also set up a small, in-house childcare facility. Employees who were unable to find a private childcare solution thus have the option of having their children cared for directly at B+B. Of course, this care also takes place under the strictest, specified guidelines.
