Compact temperature measurement module with Ethernet connection
2020-07-01 02:42:05, DigilentThe differential thermocouple inputs are isolated to the host. Thanks to 24-bit resolution, they enable precise temperature recording with up to 4 measured values per second and channel. Two integrated sensors for cold junction compensation (CJC) also contribute to the high accuracy. Open thermocouple connections or cable breaks are automatically detected. A 32-bit counter and eight digital I/O channels - also isolated from the host - complete the equipment. The high drive outputs (±24 mA) can also be configured for temperature alarms, among other things. The measurement data is transmitted via Ethernet or LAN, so that the small measurement module can also be used at locations where no direct connection to a PC is possible. Libraries and programming examples for the most common programming languages such as C, C++, VB, C# .Net, VB .Net and Python are included.
