ElringKlinger posts solid second quarter of 2024

Dettingen/Erms (Germany), August 7, 2024 +++ ElringKlinger AG (ISIN DE0007856023 / WKN 785602) has published its figures for the second quarter of 2024. At EUR 445.0 million (Q2 2023: EUR 468.7 million), the Group generated revenue of EUR 23.7 million or 5.1% less in the second quarter of 2024. In addition to exchange rate effects, changes in call-off volumes in individual series projects for electric vehicles and in the commercial vehicle sector had a dampening effect on sales. Adjusted for currency effects, revenue amounted to EUR 450.7 million in the second quarter of 2024, a decrease of 3.8% compared to the same period of the previous year, and EUR 919.7 million in the first half of 2024, also 3.8% less than in the previous year.
