FCX-MP1000-Extern-FH-CH: Oxygen sensor module for ppm range

The key element of the sensor module is Fujikura's oxygen sensor, an amperometric semiconductor sensor (zirconium) with high output accuracy, a short response time to changes in gas concentration, and robustness to pressure fluctuations, humidity, and other gases. The unamplified signal of the oxygen sensor is linear and ranges in the micro-ampere range. The FCX-MP1000 sensor module is a signal processing unit that amplifies the voltage output of the sensor and provides an analog linearized voltage output (4-20 mA). Since the total power consumption is low (<2 W), the FCX-MP1000 oxygen sensor module is suitable for mobile applications. The oxygen sensor is configured in a flow configuration with hose connections. The ppm sensor is enclosed in a pressure-resistant aluminum flow housing that allows analysis of oxygen concentration using small samples. The oxygen concentration at the outlet is highly linear with an accuracy of less than +/-50 ppm O2 and a response time to changes in gas concentration of less than 10 seconds. The concentration range is between 0 and 1000 ppm O2.
