Girls'Day 2024: Insight into the world of sensor technology at Thermokon

This year, we are once again opening our doors to girls who want to gain an insight into the many facets of electrics and electronics. We invited the participants to experience our production up close and find out about our company, working conditions and apprenticeships.

In our modern environment, we offer many opportunities to explore interests and skills in advance. Our trainers are on hand throughout the day to warmly welcome the participants and take them on an extensive tour of our production facilities. Here, the girls not only have the opportunity to ask questions, but can also get hands-on!

The participants were able to put their dexterity to the test and tinker with their own Liar Max game. They then went on to assemble a temperature and humidity sensor with a display. They went through all the necessary production steps: from printing and lasering their own names on the mounting plate to the final assembly of the electronic components. This gave the girls a real insight into our world of sensors and electronics. The participants can take the finished projects home with them.
