The 378A06 ½" free-field microphone from PCB® measures amplitudes up to 146 dB in the frequency range 3 ... 40.000 Hz, the inherent noise is 21 dB. Thus, this microphone represents an alternative to the ¼" microphones previously used for measurements with such requirements.
