Innovative dosing pump: Verderflex Vantage 5000

Via the intuitive touch display, up to 30 dosing and batch programs can be stored to the day, including weekly repetitions. By means of a USB stick, this programming can be saved and transferred to other pumps.
A three-level user administration with up to five users, an integrated optical hose rupture sensor as well as many control options also characterize the innovative peristaltic pump.

The precise stepper motor achieves the highest dosing accuracy and a ratio of 4096:1. This allows a flow rate range of 0.07 to 6,600 ml/min to be covered. The spring-loaded rotor reaches a delivery pressure of up to 7 bar.

The new peristaltic pump can be used wherever precise metering is required. No matter whether hazardous chemicals, expensive additives or flavorings. The new Verderflex Vantage 5000 is also ideally suited as a laboratory pump due to its wide range of options.

In addition to the standard variant, there are various controllable variants such as Modbus, SCADA or Profibus.
