Leak detector with optical leak display in real time now at econ solutions

Compressed air is one of the most expensive forms of energy, but at the same time there are often very high efficiency losses. Even a small leak can cause considerable losses and therefore costs. Quickly rectifying compressed air leaks is therefore a powerful lever for companies to sustainably reduce their energy consumption.

The UltraCam makes this possible in the shortest possible time. The integrated display immediately shows the leakage rate in l/min or cfm (cubic feet per minute) with the corresponding savings potential in euros/year. This data can be saved together with the photo and imported via USB into the measures tool of the econ4 energy management software. Here, a measure is created for each leakage, which can be assigned to a responsible person. This person automatically knows exactly where the leak is located and which element is leaking. Measures can be prioritized based on the leakage rate and the estimated savings potential.

The UltraCam LD 500/510 detects even the smallest leaks of 0.1 l/min, even over long distances, and makes the ultrasound, which is imperceptible to the human ear, audible. It can be used for up to nine hours in continuous operation. Thanks to its low weight and ergonomic shape, it is ideal for one-handed operation.
