Mechanical vibration switches from IMI Sensors

The newly designed 685A series mechanical vibration switches differ from other products by the very fine and almost linear adjustment of the switching point. This allows even greater protection of the machines being monitored with better sensitivity and repeatability.


A special feature is the electrical reset function. This eliminates the need to manually reset the mounted switch on site. The reset can be performed remotely via a free control line.

The measuring range of these switches is 7 g (peak) and they are suitable for monitoring machines with rotational speeds up to 6000 rpm. The internal relays are designed for voltages up to 480 VAC / 3 A. The rugged aluminum injection molded housing is IP66 rated.

The switches are designed for simple and reliable monitoring of cooling towers, large fume hoods or air conditioning systems.
