As part of the "MVTec on Campus" program, 13,000 licenses have already been issued to over 200 faculties from 38 countries since 2018.The machine vision software MVTec HALCON is used for research and final theses as well as to support teaching.A new feature is that students can easily contact MVTec for the upcoming semester to obtain a "Student License" directly from the software manufacturer.
