Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges
The PCE-TG 300 is a wall thickness gauge with special sensors for various applications. Typically, the wall thickness of all homogeneous materials can be measured with the PCE-TG 300. For damped or scattering materials (e.g. plastics or castings), special sensors can be used. The inclined 90° sensor also allows measurements at hard-to-reach measurement points. The speed of sound can be freely set on the wall thickness gauge PCE-TG 300 and is therefore suitable for a wide range of materials. The measured values are displayed directly on the easy-to-read TFT color display. Since the internal memory can be read by means of the optional software, different measuring points can be clearly stored. Non-destructive ultrasonic measurement methods can even be measured on the final product. With the help of the Echo-Echo working mode, even coated workpieces can be measured.
