In detail, we present the application example of installed temperature sensors in the oven. Various quality sensors from B+B are used here. Whether ovens, steamers or combi steamers, B+B has know-how in these areas. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in ovens due to their enormous heat resistance, accuracy and ease of handling. Sensors installed directly in the cooking chamber are made of food-safe and extremely heat-resistant materials and feature small, compact designs. These materials include, for example, protective sleeves made of stainless steel or handles made of the high-temperature plastic Peek. The core temperature probe in particular, which is actively used by the end customer, is easy to handle and impresses with few dirty edges and an ergonomic handle. With the help of the molded handle, the probe tip and the line are held together securely and hygienic, easy cleaning is possible. This allows the user to determine the core temperature of the cooked product in the simplest way and also saves a lot of time for time-consuming cleaning. The pyrolysis sensor actively protects the user from burns, because during the pyrolysis process the appliance is shut off when it reaches a temperature set by the manufacturer. Only when the temperature falls back below the limit specified by the manufacturer after the self-cleaning process, the temperature sensor releases the door for the user again. Sensors from B+B are also used in many other areas of instrumentation. For example, you can also find our sensors in refrigerators, freezers, freezers and cold storage. Here, they monitor the temperature desired and set by the user and ensure an optimal user experience. Stainless steel sleeves and precise temperature sensors ensure safe and balanced cooling, and food can be selectively cooled to the required temperature.
