Pulse generator for fast movements (speed

Conventional proximity switches, on the other hand, operate comparatively slowly with switching frequencies of 200 Hz to 2 kHz.
For particularly demanding applications, pulse generators with Hall or magnetoresistive sensing elements are used. The actuation frequency range of dynamic pulse generators is from a few hertz to about 25 kHz and for static pulse generators from 0 to about 20 kHz. Double pulse generators can be used to generate phase-shifted pulse sequences, from whose sequence the direction of rotation and running can also be derived.
The operating conditions for speed sensors, such as strong temperature fluctuations, vibrations, mechanical loads and resistance to oils and solvents are usually extreme. Klaschka pulse generators have also proven themselves successfully in practice in many customer-specific special solutions and the standard temperature range of -25 to +80 °C has been extended from -40 to over +100 °C for many specific variants.
With the high geometric resolving power (from about module 1) magnetizable materials can be interrogated. Various devices are available as speed and frequency converters for evaluating the switching signals.
Among the many applications are machine tools, textile, film and paper production equipment, internal combustion engines, rail, water and commercial vehicles, turbines, pumps, agitators and conveyors.
