2023-08-16 09:12:35, RIEGLER & Co. KG RIEGLER is a company specialising in compressed air and pneumatic technology with more than 80 years of experience and continuity.RIEGLER is a company that believes that only a deep understanding of the customer's challenges can provide a truly perfect solution.RIEGLER's goal is to see the world from the customer's point of view, in order to better understand the customer's needs.RIEGLER emphasises the partnership with the customer RIEGLER emphasises the partnership with the customer, as well as the motivation and dynamism of its team, and although many companies are committed to delivering high quality, RIEGLER is not just satisfied with delivering high quality. RIEGLER pays attention to what is special about each order, whether it is the attention to detail, the reference to the customer's particular process, or the personalised service, the goal is to continually improve the quality and to ensure that the customer feels that there is real added value.
Compressed air preparation
RIEGLER's compressed air preparation products are designed to clean and condition compressed air to ensure its optimum performance in a wide range of applications. Compressed air purification is required because the ambient air drawn in by the compressor contains impurities such as contaminants, water, oil and traces of heavy metals.
Product features
Efficient air purification: compressed air is cleaned using pre-filters, micro-filters and activated carbon filters
Pressure regulation: the product range includes pressure regulators, also known as pressure control valves or pressure reducing valves, to provide constant pressure
Versatility: in addition to standard maintenance tools, system extensions, accessories and spare parts, vapour traps, oil-water separators and pneumatic special oils are also available
Efficient application: Improved and constant product quality can be achieved through the correct handling of compressed air
Technical data
1 m³ ambient air contains:
180 million contaminant particles between 0.01 and 100µm
Water 5-40g/m³
Oil 0.01-0.03mg/m³
Traces of lead, cadmium, mercury and iron
Applications
Compressed air purification prevents the failure of pneumatic components and increases the service life of downstream compressed air consumers
Corresponding maintenance tools reduce machine breakdowns and downtimes
The result is condensation-free and rust-free compressed air pipework
Lower energy consumption of the system due to lower pressure losses
