SMD pressure sensor for medical technology and pneumatics

The smallest pressure sensor of Fujikura has the "dream mass" of 7 x 7 x 6.5 mm, is called FGM respectively XFGM
for the amplified version and is available in the measuring ranges 0...140 mbar to 10 bar in different subranges

The cheapest variant FGM has a Wheatstone bridge, which provides a
non-compensated output signal of about 100 mV at a constant current supply of 1.5 mA. In the most convenient version XFGM there is
directly on the silicon an ASIC which provides a compensated and
linearized output signal of 0.2...4.7 VDC at a constant supply of 5 VDC and thus can be
processed directly by an A/D converter. The accuracy with the amplified sensor is 2.5 % at 0...85 °C - from summer 13
the same sensor will also be available with an accuracy of 1.5 %. First samples are already available.
Before the sensors leave the factory in Japan, each sensor is tested for function and parameters
guaranteeing the customer no surprise after assembly.
The high quality combined with a competitive price and the media compatibility, which can be gaseous and
even aqueous, but not aggressive, these sensors are very often used in medical technology and
pneumatic applications
