The topic of energy currently moves people like no other. For a long time, security was the main criterion for successful energy distribution, but in view of dwindling resources and climate change, the sustainable generation and efficient distribution of energy is becoming increasingly important. When it comes to energy generation, the focus is on renewable energy sources. In the use and distribution of energy, on the other hand, optimization through digitalization is playing an increasingly important role as the energy transition progresses.


The key topics of "digitalization and sustainability" as well as products and solutions that promote energy and resource efficiency, support the industry in decarbonizing its processes and make production smarter and more digital are also the focus of the SPS - Smart Production Solutions trade fair.


From 14.11. to 16.11.2023, the who's who of the automation industry will meet again at SPS in Nuremberg. Under the motto "Bringing automation to life", the trade fair offers practical and future-oriented technologies as well as innovations that visitors can experience up close in 16 halls on around 120,000 m² of exhibition space with over 1,200 exhibitors from all over the world.
