For more than 30 years, B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH has stood for innovative measurement technology and is a globally active family business with more than 120 employees. From trainees for trainees

The two newcomers to the B+B company were welcomed by the apprentices in their 2nd and 3rd year. After a short round of introductions, there was a tour of the entire company with countless insights into day-to-day operations.

The career starters can expect an instructive and comprehensive training, in which they pass through various departments and metrology-specific areas, receive training and are always individually supervised by the instructors.
This training philosophy guarantees that the "apprentices" gain a lot of practical experience and can use their knowledge as qualified employees in the various work areas and departments after their training.
