Switching according to the time of day - The B+B brightness sensor

The illuminance is measured with a precise and long-term stable photodiode. Our three-point calibration guarantees high accuracy over the entire measuring range. Due to the analog output signal (0-10V), the brightness sensor can be connected to any standard automation system and is suitable for continuous use due to its overvoltage protection.

With the B+B brightness sensor, switching operations in building automation can be implemented very easily. The reliable measurement of brightness guarantees effective use of e.g. solar modules. Likewise, illuminants can be switched precisely as soon as the daylight changes.
