Temperature-stable sensitivity thanks to UHT-12

The UHT-12™ miniature accelerometer models 320C52 and 320C53 are designed for applications where minimal sensitivity change is desired over a wide temperature range. The Model 320C53 has a sensitivity of 1 mV/g, while the Model 320C52 has a higher sensitivity and resolution of 10 mV/g. Both models feature a UHT-12™ sensing element, which has an extremely low temperature coefficient of only 0.009%/°C.

Both models are equipped with ICP® electronics and operate in the -73 to +163 °C temperature range. An integrated low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 20 kHz reduces saturation and clipping behavior. This makes the sensors suitable for HALT/HASS/ESS vibration testing in the aerospace and automotive industries.
