The B+B Dew Sensor - The All-Rounder in Moisture Measurement

Unwanted dew formation or condensation effects on cooling systems, pipelines and technical equipment can cause considerable damage if not responded to in time. The SHS series of resistive condensation sensors has been specially developed for the early detection of impending danger of condensation or of condensation that has already formed. The dew sensor is mounted on the object. The close-tolerance impedance characteristic of the SHS-A4L allows a precisely defined switching point near the dew point without adjustment of the circuit.
Typical applications include moisture protection in control cabinets and electrical systems, condensate detection on exterior walls, ventilation control in sanitary rooms, building control systems, chilled ceiling switches, refrigerated trucks, air conditioners, leakage monitors for waterproof enclosures, shop windows, damp-proof units, submersible pumps, wet vacuums, lasers, cameras beamers and any brown goods.
