The new B+B dew point switch is here!

What are the advantages of the new dew point switch? It is no longer switchable via a transistor only and now has a changeover contact in addition to normally closed and normally open contacts. The previous dew point switch had IP20 protection, the new one has IP65 protection. In addition, a larger load (5 A, previously 1 A) can now be switched. A larger cross-section can be connected by means of a clamp and the optimized design is recognizable at first glance.
If the humidity limit of 94% RH is exceeded, the condensate monitor switches an actuator via its integrated relay so that a countermeasure to reduce humidity can be initiated as quickly as possible. The intelligent sensor technology makes it possible to control very close to the dew point without any risk of condensation. In addition, the switching electronics are encapsulated all around and thus protected from moisture. The dew point switch can be mounted directly on pipes of appropriate diameter with minimal installation effort.
