USB to IIC Dongle, 10 kBit/s to 1 MBit/s

IO-Warrior28-DG USB to IIC Dongle available now.

The dongle based on the IO-Warrior28 chip provides a compact and fast solution for connecting sensors, actuators and many other components via IIC.

The IIC master interface operates at 10, 50, 100, 400 or 1000 kbps. The actual data throughput can reach over 60,000 bytes/s. Handshake via clock stretching and multi-master operation are supported.

The design corresponds exactly to the maximum dimensions for a USB-A connector.
This also allows several of the dongles to be used without blocking adjacent USB ports.

The IOW28-DG is supplied as a kit consisting of the PCB module, two
housing shells and a four-pin cable. The cable can be assigned
as required for the particular application. Besides the SDA/SCL signals
and ground, 5 V or 3.3 V are also available to supply smaller external circuits.

The recommended retail price for the IOW28-DG in blister is € 19,99 incl. VAT.

The IO-Warriors are a family of USB I/O controllers that are easy to use. By using system drivers, no driver installation is necessary on all common operating systems. Examples in various programming languages, as well as tools and libraries are available for Linux, MacOS and Windows.
