From torsionally soft to resilient - a new highly flexible flange coupling

The VAROLASTIC® is a highly flexible flange coupling with progressive torsional stiffness. The special characteristic of the slightly to moderately progressive torsional stiffness curve is achieved by special rollers made of synthetic elastomer and the innovative covex-concave contour guide. At low operating loads or idling operation, the coupling is very torsionally soft. As the operating load increases, the torsional stiffness increases disproportionately.
