WebOP-3000: New generation of operator panels

The front cover of the operator panel has IP66 protection class, the housing is made of aluminum. A lot has been invested in the noise immunity of the devices: a Level 4 ESD, for example, provides protection against electrostatic voltage spikes. Voltage fluctuations from the mains are also protected: all I/O ports have isolation protection. The protection against data loss in case of power failure is realized by a 128KB FRAM memory, which does not need a backup battery. The standard operating memory is equipped with 256MB SLC flash memory ex works and can be expanded to 512MB.

There are doe webOP-3000 panels in five different screen sizes (7", 8", 10.1", 12", 15"). These are LED backlight TFTs with a guaranteed minimum lifetime of 50000 hours. The Windows CE 6.0 Embedded operating system is preinstalled.

The extended temperature range (-20° to +60 °C) also speaks for the use in particularly harsh industrial environments. Typical applications include parking garage automation, bottling plants, machine tool control, semiconductor manufacturing, petrochemical, etc.
