The MSR175 is equipped with two integrated 3-axis accelerometers with measuring ranges of ±15 g and ±200 g. The accelerometer can be used to measure the acceleration of the test object. This is a decisive advantage in applications where it is not clear from the outset which of the two acceleration sensors is to be selected.The simultaneous measurement takes place with the ±200 g sensor at 6400 Hz and with the ±15 g sensor at 1600 Hz, thus both light shocks and strong shocks and impacts are detected, in all three axes. In addition, the MSR175plus measures and stores the parameters temperature, humidity, air pressure and light, which are also important for transport monitoring.In order to be able to localize critical transport events, the new MSR175plus is equipped with an integrated GPS/GNSS receiver.
