The digital LDE differential pressure sensors are based on thermal mass flow measurement of gas through a very small flow channel integrated in the sensor chip. This new sensor technology enables highly sensitive measurement of the lowest pressures. Due to the minimal gas flow, the sensors are very insensitive to dust, moisture and long connecting hoses. SMT and DIP miniature housings allow space-saving PCB mounting.
