Foil strain gauge for measurement under high pressure hydrogen gas
Item number: KFV - Serie Applications Fossil raw materialsEnergy

Delivery time:Delivery time on request
The resistance of the metal foil of conventional foil strain gages changes under the influence of hydrogen. This makes stable strain measurement impossible. However, the special alloy of the metal foil of the KFV strain gauges is subject to a significantly lower influence by hydrogen, thus a stable measurement is possible even in high-pressure hydrogen environments. Application temperature range: -30°C to 80 °C
