The EyeSens Match vision sensor is equipped with the KeyMatch tool for contour correlation. This command detects component parts on the basis of characteristic features. It recognizes the features and then compares them with the characteristics, which the user has defined in advance. Therefore it is possible to configure a component part and then find it again in any position or alignment and also determine if the parts are in accordance with the original part.
