Mononivo® level switches are flexible single rod probes used in a wide range of applications in the bulk solids industry as full, demand or empty detectors in storage and process vessels.
The vibrating rod vibrates piezoelectrically excited at its mechanical resonance frequency. The vibration damping of the rod is electronically evaluated by touching the material and a switching signal is actuated. The oscillation also causes self-cleaning of the point level probe within certain limits.
