Calibration laboratories, acousticians and engineering offices need a simple and fast comparison over a wide frequency range for the calibration of precision microphones. The Model 9917C Microphone Comparison Calibrator provides the capability to calibrate 1/2-inch precision measurement microphones and 1/4-inch array microphones in accordance with IEC 61094-5 in the frequency range 20 Hz to 10 kHz. The calibrator has two microphone connectors, one for the reference microphone and the other for the calibration microphone. Test specimen must be connected.
