Difficult-to-access manholes and access chambers make water level monitoring labour-intensive and in some instancesimpossible. Our sensor solutions for monitoring, alarming, and controlling water levels and a number of other factors,including temperature, reliably deliver information to your mobile device / safety portal. You monitor your technicalsystems or mobile applications (tanks, containers, shafts, etc.) wirelessly via remote reading. Effortlessly data can beaccessed via the built-in gateway and retrieved/analysed online. By way of example district heating operators currentlyuse our wireless monitoring solutions, to monitor water levels and temperatures with pre-set alarms. In this way,operating faults are detected more quickly, and maintenance costs and repairs are minimized.

Technical approach:

- Combination of a battery-based infrasolute outdoor NB-IoT gateway with encapsulated magnetic bridge sensorsto detect access panel openings and determine water levels, as well as temperatures.
- Due to NB-IoT, latencies of a few minutes may occur. Alarms and measurement data can be provided for thecustomer's own monitoring portal.
- Battery runtimes are to be designed for up to 8 years with 1 x daily status retrieval as well as occasional ad hocalerting (manufacturer's warranty 6 months).
