The NC-LVDT® is a non-contact displacement sensor in a very compact housing. Ideal for difficult applications e.g. with high load changes. Our NC-LVDT displacement transducers are characterized by resolutions in the µm to nm range. They measure the distance against a metallic surface. In combination with MicroStrain's demodulators, they provide a linear frequency response right into the kHz range.
