The SM9520A is a silicon piezoresistive pressure die for small pressure ranges.
This pressure die is available for differential and gage pressure ranges of 0-0.15 to 1.50 psi (1.0 to 10 kPa) and is ideal for OEM and high-volume applications.
Provided in die form, these cells can be mounted on ceramic or PC board substrates as part of an OEM system. This process has to take place in a cleanroom area and needs some calibration knowledge. They also may be packaged into application specific sensor lines.
Dies are electrically probed, diced, inspected, and shipped as 200mm wafers on bluefoil tape.
Pressure range of SM9520A: 0,15 / 0,60 / 1,50 psi
