New at CiK Solutions is the stainless steel data logger Tecnosoft Pressure Disk. The cost-effective data logger for pressure and temperature measurement is particularly suitable for the validation of autoclaves and sterilization processes. Extremely high precision and accuracy of ± 0.1°C characterize this data logger. It can be used in all pharmaceutical, medical, validation, laboratory and food applications. The Tecnosoft PressureDisk is food safe and waterproof. Its external temperature sensor measures in the temperature range from -40 °C to +140 °C and 0 to 5 bar. Extended calibration from -40 °C is available.
The long-life battery is user-replaceable and the data logger comes with an Accredia (NIST equivalent) traceable certificate for various temperature points. The data logger can be connected to a PC via a USB interface and read out and managed using TS Manager software. This calculates, among other things, also the lethality value (F0, PU, A0, etc.).
Optional accessories such as 1/2Gas threaded connection for screwing outside the autoclave (use inside the autoclave possible) leave nothing to be desired.
