The new Vaisala HMT370EX series humidity and temperature transducer is the ideal solution for use in hazardous areas.The intrinsically safe and rugged transducer operates safely and reliably even in Zone 0. The HMT370EX of the new generation can be used as a replacement for older devices of the HMT360 series.Besides relative humidity and temperature, the transmitter also outputs other humidity parameters: Dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, water concentration, water mass fraction, water vapor pressure, and enthalpy. Special models are also available for measuring moisture in oil and kerosene.Typical applications include industrial fuel storage; chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing; biogas production, paint booths and other industries or processes where intrinsically safe measurement of moisture or moisture in oil is required.Different probes for different applications provide maximum flexibility. The probes can also be easily replaced and calibrated outside the hazardous area, so your measurement data continues to be recorded without gaps.Configuration, measurement calibration and adjustment can be performed directly via the local display interface.
