Advanced options for oil and gas applications: H250 M40

In this industry, variable area flowmeters are widely used for flow measurement on injection skids for corrosion, lime and hydrate inhibitors such as methanol or monoethylene glycol. Other typical applications include the measurement of additives and solvents in gas treatment processes such as the scrubbing and drying of natural gas, and the reliable monitoring of small quantities of nitrogen and fuel gas.

Standard materials for the DN15...150 / ½...6" flanged process gauges include 316L to NACE MR0175/MR0103 or NORSOK standard materials and welding procedures. Hastelloy, Monel, 6Mo, Titanium and now Inconel are available as optional materials to provide high corrosion resistance to all types of media. Stainless steel display housings and protective coatings for offshore use are available on request.

Flange connections are available up to ASME B16.5 Class 2500. With API flanges, even higher pressure levels can be realized. For gas and dust explosive atmospheres, H250 M40 offers more than 30 approvals worldwide, including ATEX, IECEx, usFMc, NEPSI, INMETRO, KGS, EAC and PESO/CCOE. Comprehensive tests and certificates can be verified as quality certificates, such as mix-up tests, material works certificates, X-ray and dye penetrant tests on weld seams, pressure and leak tests, or works acceptances by independent third parties.
