All good things come in threes: TrueLevel, PerLevel and i-Level

1.) The TrueLevel level systems measure analog. As output signal 4...20 mA or 0...10 V are offered. They have an automatic compensation of the dielectric constant εr. The probe determines the current conditions in the reference range located at the probe tip and automatically compensates for any deviations that may occur, for example, when the material is changed or the dielectric constant of the product changes. The adjustment of the probe is performed when the tank is empty. This is particularly advantageous, as often filling the container would be very time-consuming or is not possible.

2.) PerLevel are capacitive level measurement systems for limit value measurement. Here, up to 4 limit values/levels can be measured with a single probe. The customer determines the position and number of the desired switching points. This means that the probes are optimally adapted to the customer's requirements.

The variants of the True- and PerLevel probes with separate evaluation electronics can be used in the high temperature range up to +250 °C if the probes are ordered with the appropriate housing material.

3.) i-Levels are capacitive level probes with analog and/or binary switching points, whereby the user sets the position of the analog measuring section or the 1 or 2 switching points himself and can also readjust them as required at another position within the model-specific measuring range. The evaluation electronics are integrated in the i-Level probes.

The maximum length of the probes is 2000 mm for all three systems. Various housing materials and process connections are available, robust, chemically resistant, food grade, as required, for use in a wide range of industries.
