DasyLab 13: Python scripting and many detail improvements

Python is an easy-to-learn scripting language that has now been integrated into DASYLab. This means that users can now create their own DASYLab modules and thus extend the functionality of their application as desired. Scripted, simpler device drivers are also possible if processing speed is not so important.

Other news and improvements:
Resample module - data from a time axis are mapped to an angle axis - very practical for measurements on rotating parts
The XNET module implements an interface to CAN and LIN bus
The combi-trigger received a retrigger option<.br> A setpoint generator can create CSV tables
The new CutOut module can now really delete measurement data instead of just assigning them a zero value as before
