Digital pressure sensor MIS-3600
2015-08-24 07:24:40, Angst+Pfister Sensors and Power AG The differential pressure sensor MIS-3600 is an intelligent piezoresistive pressure sensor with an integrated ASIC. The signal conditioned ASIC consists of a 16 bit AD converter with an integrated 512 bit OTP memory.
The sensor is factory calibrated and temperature compensated. All values/factors are stored in the OTP memory so that the raw data can be easily accessed with an external microprocessor and the sensor can be optimally integrated into the process. The MIS-3600 can be ordered with either an SPI or an I2C interface.
The differential pressure sensor MIS-3600 with 2...3.6 V meets the demand for a low voltage supply and with a footprint of 15x17 mm finds space even in the smallest room.
For the time being the measuring ranges 0...70, 400 and 1000 mbar bipolar or unipolar are available. All non-aggressive gases can be used as measuring medium.
Applications can be found in air conditioning technology, pneumatic controls as well as in medical technology for respiration monitoring.
