Silvio Haase, CEO diribo, and Hongzi Huang, Director Greater China diribo, moderated the event. Shenzhen-Guangming has big plans, such as the Urban Life Lines project. Shenzhen-Guangming is a pilot area within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Greater Bay Area with a large number of top companies, most of which are located within a radius of 80 kilometers. Greater Bay Area is one of the four largest coastal regions in the world with the most dynamic economy, innovation and population concentration in China.

Shenzhen-Guangming is located in the northwest of Shenzhen, adjacent to the Pearl River Estuary and Hong Kong. With a total area of 156.1 square kilometers and a population of about 1.1 million people, the "city within a city" reached a GDP of 142.7 billion RMB in 2022, generated by over 80,000 enterprises. This includes more than 20,000 manufacturing, 1,703 high-tech and 28 publicly traded companies. Shenzhen-Guangming has been the fastest growing economic area in Shenzhen and China in recent years.

Following the Guangming promotion, Bert Engelbert von Perinet and Silvio Haase introduced companies that want to participate in the Urban Life Lines project (monitoring urban infrastructures). Finally, Silvio Haase and Huaxin Shen signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation between diribo and Shenzhen-Guangming, which is to be underpinned with concrete measures after the establishment of a joint working group.
