Innovative solutions for measuring, testing and monitoring tasks - Microtech Gefell at SENSOR+TEST 2023 in Nürnberg

After thesuccessful relaunch of the SENSOR+TEST 2022 with 371 exhibitors and around 4500 visitors and congress participants, the trade fair will also contribute to the success of an intensive innovation dialogue in 2023.

With an 86-year tradition in research, development and manufacturing of acoustic measurement technology, MTG will participate with a wide range of future-oriented high-end measurement solutions.

This year's highlights include advanced indoor and outdoor measurement microphones, digital preamplifiers, sound intensity probes, capsules and calibrators.

For example, the weatherproof WME 980 CN / WME 980 AM microphone units for permanent outdoor noise monitoring as well as for stationary or mobile aircraft noise monitoring
or the MMS 214 measurement microphone with particularly low inherent noise for measurements of extremely low sound pressure levels and , as well as the MMS 212 measurement microphone, which can withstand extreme environmental conditions.

The advanced measurement microphon preamplifier MV 240 digital has become firmly established in the market, and its range of applications extends from industry to academia.

New - the WME 980 AM with the MV 240 digital as digital version with USB interface.

The WME 980AM as digital variant is the latest product from our own development.

The development and recent market launch of a digital variant of the WME 980 AM was carried out in implementation of important impulses from the field and allows an individual extension of the functionality and the range of applications, especially, in aircraft noise measurement.

The digital version consists of the 1/2" measuring microphone capsule MKS 221, the 1/2" measuring microphone preamplifier MV 240 digital with USB interface, the dry adapter TA 202, the rain/dust protection RS 98 and the wind protection VW 98 with a bird deflector.

The new acoustic high-end calibrators from Gefell and the DAkkS calibration services in accordance with the latest global standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 are also enjoying growing demand.

This also applies to turnkey indoor and outdoor test benches for the automotive sector ,as well as the current sound intensity probes SIS 194 3D 1/2", SIS 194 3D 1/4" and the new sound intensity probe SIS 190 double.

Optimised was the new sound power hemisphere SLH - for measurements according to ISO 3744 and ISO 3745 for various applications in R&D, sound design and consumer protection.

Following the increasing importance of alternative energy generation, MTG continues to be present with complete measurement systems for sound measurements on windturbines / WTG.
