HBM product innovation at the Fachpack trade fair
2015-09-07 04:17:50, Hottinger Brüel & Kjaer GmbH HBM Test and Measurement (HBM) is presenting an aseptic bending load cell as a product innovation at the Fachpack trade fair.
The Fachpack exhibition, which takes place in Nuremberg from September 29 to October 1, covers all areas of the packaging process chain. HBM, the leading solution provider for load cells, will also be represented with weighing technology solutions for use in weighing processes and filling systems.
FIT7A, the new digital load cell for checkweighers, sorting and packaging machines from HBM, can complete more than 180 weighing operations per minute. It is a cost-effective alternative to sensors based on electromagnetic force compensation (EMF).
The PW27 hygienic load cell is used for fast, aseptic filling and stands for more efficiency and accuracy in the weighing process as well as safety in hygiene. PW27 from HBM is the first load cell to be officially certified according to the rules of the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG).
HBM will present a prototype of the Z6 aseptic bending load cell for the first time at Fachpack. With its robust design, this was specially developed for platform scales or for container weighing.
