Hose connections reinvented. Innovative low-pressure hose connections

The Quick-Connect connection system has already proven itself 100,000 times in rough field use, in a wide variety of mobile applications. The quick and easy tool-free assembly is already convincing during installation. Quick-Connect connectors are plugged onto the spigot and fixed with a safety clip and are ready for immediate use.
Tight spaces are safely mastered by minimal hose spacing and rotatability of the line when assembled. A large number of connection variants are available.

Based on the engaged locking clip, it is immediately apparent that the connection has been correctly mounted on the spigot. There is no need to specify and check a tightening torque at all.
The safety clip prevents the hose assembly from being pulled off the nozzle. In the radial direction, however, the line remains rotatable. In many applications, this represents a further advantage, as it allows the cable to move to a position that is as free of stress as possible.

Product range
The modular "Quick-Connect" connection system was already introduced by ARGO-HYTOS several years ago in large series of agricultural and construction machinery. There are now more than 20 different connectors available in various sizes and shapes.

Often the Quick-Connect connection set is provided by the hose supplier. In this way, customers receive ready-to-assemble cables.

Plastics and sealing geometry are selected so that the connections can also be reliably adapted to nozzles made of metal.
