ifm coaches students in Industry 4.0

The ifm group of companies has recently become an official sponsor of the student initiative linkIT e. V. As a recognized university group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, linkIT has formed a platform for the exchange of knowledge between students from different departments on the topic of "Industry 4.0" since 2015. The initiative pursues the goal of introducing students and companies to the topic of Industry 4.0 with its facets and possibilities.

The linkIT training concept in three steps
Step one: Provide members with an initial overview of the complex of topics and an understanding of Industrie 4.0 through basic training courses.

Step two: Members deepen their knowledge through lectures, training sessions and workshops with experts.

Step three: Consolidation of the acquired knowledge within the framework of internships, projects or similar with the industrial partners.
