An employee was examined with our GammaScout after a thyroid examination. It turned out that her values were still very high after the CT scan and the injection of a contrast agent, even though the doctors had assured her that there should be hardly any radiation left in her body after 4 hours. However, the values were still very high after 7 hours. Therefore, the doctors' opinion should first be questioned and the patient should take her own measurements using GammaScout, for example.
